Tina Palermo, Program Director/CEO

Tina proudly served as an EMS Captain with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue for 28 years. She holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Massachusetts and received her Paramedic from Broward Community College. After over a 7-year hiatus, she decided to get back into the business that she loves; training today’s students to become successful EMT’s and Paramedics in the emergency healthcare field. Tina look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your goals.

Rochelle Goldberg, COO

Rochelle holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Sciences. Certificate in Gerontology from Indiana University.

Russell Lee, Program Coordinator

With a distinguished career spanning 38 years in EMS, Rusty has dedicated his life to saving others and improving the field of emergency medicine. Rising through the ranks to become an EMS Captain, Rusty’s expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence has left an incredible mark on the communities he served. Since retiring from Palm Beach County in 2019, Rusty remains a passionate advocate for EMS and continues to contribute to the field as a consultant and educator. He has been instrumental in revamping the entire curriculum from the ground up and works hard every day to help build the minds of future EMS providers.
